Dpacket is command-line (CLI) software developed by Dynamite Analytics for addressing privacy and security concerns associated with the dissemination of packet capture (i.e., PCAP, network trace) files.
Dpacket capitalizes on recent advancements in network traffic analysis to protect against the disclosure of host and user identities, network topology, security configurations, and other sensitive information. Dpacket’s traffic anonymization functionality includes network packet payload sanitization, prefix preservation, address translation, tunneling protocols, and other features. Dpacket incorporates extensive logging, reporting, and testing capabilities.
